How to make a simple linear carriage brake ?

How to add a brake on a linear carriage?

First, you need to disassemble Aluminum housing and linear bearing.

Second, Tap a through thread in a side of Aluminum housing.

Third, assemble linear carriage, mount a brake on linear carriage.

PS: the screw on top of linear carriage is used to adjust clearance. If you can’t mount linear carriage on linear rail, please loose the screw, then it works.
