Delivery to Country Group 1:

Order under $16, freight is $4.

Order under $100, freight is $9.

Order under $200, freight is $19.

Order over $200, free freight.

Country group 1 includes: Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, HongKong, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines.

Delivery to Country Group 2:

Order under $100, freight is $19.

Order under $200, freight is $29.

Order under $300, freight is $39.

Order over $300, free freight.

Country group 2 includes: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, India, Italy, Australia, Spain, Indonesia, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Poland, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, New Zealand, France, Austria, Bangladesh, Switzerland, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Portugal, Uzbekistan.

Free shipping to order over $10.

2.What is the delivery time?

5-10 workdays from order placement to delivery for most items.

7~12 workdays for customized ball screws.

3.How is the order delivered?

The order will be delivered to your door via air express, such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.

4.Where is the order shipped from?

Most orders are shipped from China.

5.How much do I need to pay for customs?

In the United States, for orders under $800, the tax is almost negligible.

In Canada, it's around 14% HST, depending on your state.

In Europe, it's around 20% VAT.

6. I have never purchased products from China. Will it be complicated?

Absolutely not. The transport company will help you deal with customs and taxes.

7. Is there a way to avoid customs and taxes?
